Service Description
Join us for Balance & Bourbon, a unique countryside experience in beautiful Middleburg, VA. Begin with a rejuvenating outside mat Pilates flow, followed by a calming sound healing session to help you reset and unwind. Afterward, enjoy a guided bourbon tasting with small bites, explore the charming historic property, and take part in donkey feeding. Each guest will also receive a curated goodie bag from our favorite wellness and lifestyle brands. Guests are welcome to bring a ride-along friend who prefers to relax and enjoy the setting without participating in Pilates, and dogs are welcome too. An elevated afternoon of movement, connection, and countryside charm with the OAK community.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else on the waitlist. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Thank you for helping us keep our community flowing smoothly — we can’t wait to see you in class! ✨
